Ahh, The Simple Things

The Simple things in life are what truly matter, have you ever just stopped what your doing for one minute and just listen to your surroundings. We get so caught up in our everyday hurry and go we forget what matters-like God and our Family..

Gracie is just so cute-We got her a Jumperoo the other day and she just loves it! She has found her feet too so where ever we are either she is in her crib or in her carseat she HAS to touch her feet all the time..lol (I have posted a few pictures of her funnnn times)

Looking at Gracie I think about how its the simple things that matter the most-Please this week take time to sit and smell the roses as they say, because really life is TOOOO short!!

I'm too blessed to be STRESSED!!!

Have a Great Week:)

P.S. Tomorrow I will be singing for the first time in ages it seems..The Song is Voice of a Savior and it really hits home with me:)

Big Personality II

Big Personality

The Little Girl I Prayed For:)

Dear All:

Its so very funny to look back at old posts from here in March and especially Gracie's old baby website. Well, a lot has changed since the last post... Our little Angel arrived on April 7th her due date. She weighed 8lbs even and 20.5 inches long and head FULL of black beautiful hair! We are just SO in love, its so hard to believe that she is now 4 months old.. So many people told us that you need to cherish each moment because before you know it-its gone just like that-blink of an eye.

She has so many accomplishments-she can smile-laugh all the time which in turn cracks us up-roll over-come to you when you hold out your hands (mommy is her favorite right now-sorry daddy:) and can hold thing and grasp things... Just last Monday we let her sleep in her own bed and well she did great but mommy, well thats another story! I've finally thought to myself she is 4 months old now and I should be able to let her sleep in her own bed (she had been sleeping in her bassanet in our room).

Its amazing how one little giggle or one little smile can melt your heart. I think to myself how did I ever live my life without her, it sure wasnt complete-waking up to her each morning smiling and so happy is how each one of us should be.. Jesus said that we should have faith as a child and I can see in Gracie the Love and innocence that she has in her pretty hazel eyes..When she holds my finger while eating or when shes sleeping in my lap I sit and marvel at what our AWESOME God created... I remember telling the tech girl during my c-section that I didnt know how anyone could not believe in God after seeing this little miracle-it was truly one of the most wonderful experiences, Steve and I had ever experienced.

One verse that has been on my mind is from 1 Chronicles 16:34-it says: Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.

-Thank you God, for the gift of children and the wonder of Life:)
