Much has happened since my last post. The Lord is so good and has blessed us with such a loving church and home. We currently live in Trenton and Stephen is the senior pastor at Bethel Baptist. Sometimes I get giddy just thinking about my blessings. What an amazing God we serve. We also live in the churches personage which is a huge blessing also.
We were able to find a renter for our Starke home and finding her was another blessing too (long story but yet again God is good).
We are all moved in and Christmas has come too. I just love this time of year everything about it. The weather getting cooler, our new buckstove fireplace going, the smell of our real Christmas tree. Everything ;)
We decided this year to get a real tree since our old fake ones continually had the lights go out and lets just say its perfect. When we first put it up all I could was stare. I don't think we will go fake again. The price wasn't bad at all and not much sheading either..
Buddy the elf on the shelf has arrived and Gracie is thrilled. This morning he brought back real snow and made an snow angel on our living room floor;) Love that little guy!!
Last week, Gracie and I went to Pigeon Forge with my Grandma and Papa. We had so much fun and really enjoyed spending a whole week with them. We sure missed Steve though, especially Gracie because he usually puts her to bed at night. Before we left we had Thanksgiving here this year. I was so thankful that our house was large enough to have a house full. We had 15 people come and it was the best Thanksgiving. I cooked my first turkey lunch. Even though I had a hard time figuring out where the giblets were located hehe I think it all came out great.
Well I think that was enough updates for now! Looking forward to the Christmas season and all the fun that comes with it.
I pray that this season you remember We are the reason for the season. JOHN 3:16
